8 GIFs That Sum Up the Life of A Collaborative Pianist

So what exactly is Collaborative Piano? The department at Juilliard may be one of the smallest at only 15 students, but we’re also one of the most visible. We pop up all over the school, playing in voice and instrumental studios, opera rehearsals, orchestras, chamber ensembles, vocal coachings…the list goes on and on. We’re often characterized as some of the busiest students at Juilliard, but we wouldn’t want it any other way. You can get the official specs of the program on the Juilliard website, but here’s a more personal look at what it’s like to be a Collab at Juilliard… through GIFs, of course.
