Alexia Delgiudice was the first friend I made at Juilliard. She is a junior violist and we met when she was my Orientation Leader at Orientation Week! Alexia is super fun, outgoing, stubborn, hilarious, “knows what she wants” kind of girl. She also has an awesome gothic/rockstar fashion style and always looks fabulous!
Alexia loves karaoke, horror movies and her favourite holiday is...Halloween!
What is your favorite food?
-Nutella :D :D :D
What do you like the most about Juilliard?
- I like that Juilliard is a community, and there are so many opportunities to collaborate with others. I also love my studio (ACHT studio). We have weekly studio classes and get to be coached by other teachers. The studio is a family and I'm so happy to be part of it.
Alexia is quite a talented artist. She draws and paints a lot in her free time and she believes it helps her as a musician!
I draw to relax and unwind. Also, I see paintings when I’m playing Bach. I see specific colors for different movements. Bach is always moving and flowing. For any other composer though, the musical gestures seem more like full stories. It's pretty cool!

What is your favorite thing to do in New York City?
-Hm I love going to the movies. (The film center across the street has great horror movies!)
