Spring Break in NOLA: A Visual Tour
We performed at Trinity Church on our first full day in New Orleans. This was our 7th year performing at this church.
We worked with Habitat for Humanity for three days. We worked on two different houses in the 8th ward.
We taught and performed at elementary, middle, and high schools around the city.
We explored and experienced the true magic of New Orleans.
There is something completely magical that happens when you stick 18 diverse, incredibly talented, and wonderful people in a house for a whole week. And there is something magical about New Orleans. I can’t even begin to explain how much of an impact this trip had on me. I feel refreshed and ready for the rest of this school year. Heck, I feel ready for anything right now! It was a remarkable experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything.
